What are the most expensive WordPress asset?

WordPress has a lot of quality themes and plugins sold at different price ranges and recurrency. The most expensive WordPress plugin I’ve ever seen (and used) is WP ERP. It’s a suite composed of a CRM module, a Human Resources module, and an Accounting module built and run on WordPress. The complete ERP costs a stagerring $1099 per year.
